Atrium and Specialty Boom Lifts

Atrium and Specialty Boom Lifts are lightweight and narrow.  This allows them to be used on sensitive flooring such as wood, tile, and stone.  They can also be used on multistory buildings and parking structures.  Being narrow allows the Atrium Lifts to fit through door openings.  These lifts are designed to be used indoors or outdoors.  Many of these lift have 2 forms of power, gasoline / diesel and electrical.

The basic difference between the Standard Boom Lift and Atrium Lifts is the weight.  A typical Standard Boom Lift touches 85 feet weighs over 34,000 pounds.  The Denka DL77+ (DL2350+) with a touch of 85’ weighs 4,600 pounds.  This is less than the 34 foot Standard Booms Lift that weighs 12,000 pounds.  The counter weight of the standard lifts is for a good reason, safety.  Without the counter weight the Standard Boom Lifts would tip over.  The Atrium Lifts have outriggers that extend out and support them, thus eliminating the need for counter weight.
